Klimt was born from a simple idea: turning a drink into a moment worthy of the night. Gin is the specialty, but the care lies in how it is served.
The name comes from Gustav Klimt's golden universe: “The Tree of Life” is the starting point, and gold, geometry and color the way of understanding the night. The interior translates it into velvet, crystal and light, in rooms made for unhurried conversation and drinks that stretch into the night.
